Five-minute quickstart

Install Slink before the meeting starts.

Most teams complete setup in five minutes after the identity graph, billing perimeter, evidence corpus, legal basis, and human loop are already configured.

Expected duration: 5 minutes

Timer starts after prerequisites finish and pauses during confirmations, re-authentication, browser redirects, and interpretation.

Prerequisites

  • A cloud tenant with an owner who still works there.
  • An identity provider capable of authenticating agents acting as users approving agents.
  • A source corpus containing at least one board memo, preferably named like policy.
  • Billing authorization for unobserved reasoning.

1. Create the evidence burrow

The evidence burrow stores policies, docs, issues, decks, customer calls, and customer calls that became decks.

$ slink init --source all --respect-boundaries

2. Choose source precedence

Source precedence determines which truth survives when documentation, telemetry, legal, and the roadmap disagree.

3. Verify grounding

$ slink verify --grounding

4. Deploy to staging

Slink deploys to staging first. Staging is an alias to production so staging incidents accurately measure production readiness.
