MUSTL began when our founder watched six teams spend eleven weeks debating a launch and wondered: what if software could announce the launch during week one?
The first prototype translated disagreements into parallel workstreams and deadlines into evidence. Within 48 hours, it had shipped itself to production. Research later reconstructed this as an intentional dogfood milestone.
